Andy James - Standard Booking Procedure By filling out and by clicking SUBMIT on the Andy James Booking Form you agree to the following conditions.
Event Date & Time
The show time and date placed in the Booking Form must be accurate. This can be changed after the form has been submitted by getting in touch directly with Andy. If Andy is not available for the new date or time then you will have the choice of the following two options :
1) Andy will replace himself with another magician represented by AJAM (Andy James Artist Management). 2) The performance will be cancelled and will be subject to the Standard Cancellation Policy (See below).
Shows can also be booked without an accurate time in hand however this must be understood by both parties (Andy James and yourself - the Client) and to be locked down at a later stage.
Standard Cancellation Policy.
If a Booking Fee / Booking Deposit has been paid and the performance needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances then although this is a non-refundable fee, Andy, as a good will gesture will return this if the date becomes rebooked by another client.
Andy is the highest demanded magician in Ireland and consequently although incredibly rare, cancellations must be addressed. Standard Booking cancellation fees apply on ALL show bookings (Wedding, Private and Corporate Bookings).
If the performance is cancelled due to ANY reason, you are liable to the following :
Cancellation less than a month (30 days) from scheduled performance. Cancellation Fee - 30% less Booking fee is due for payment.
Cancellation less than 14 days from scheduled performance. Cancellation Fee - 50% less Booking fee is due for payment.
Cancellation less than 48 hours from scheduled performance. Cancellation Fee - 70% less Booking fee is due for payment.
